  My overall process with Guild couldn't have gone better. With a myriad of choices out there to choose from, selecting the "right" mortgage company can be challenging. With a recommendation from my son, I decided to use Guild for my mortgage. I am so pleased I did. Dennise Sandquist was outstanding to work with. She was truly and advocate for me, coaching me through every part of the process and thoroughly explaining all my options. She even appeared at my closing which was I was pleasantly surprised to see.   Guild Mortgage was amazing to work with. Very helpful, informative, patient with several of our questions and concerns, etc. the list is endless. They are top notch on customer service. We will definitely use them for all our Idaho mortgage needs in the future. Our loan closed on time despite a few hiccups with the mobile notary beyond their control!   Kellie Allen and her crew are the best! They take great care of their customers all the way through the mortgage process and focus on doing whatever is needed to close as quickly as possible. We have used Kellie for years and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Excellent customer service, keep their customers informed, and best of all, give the best direction to ensure a smooth closing!
