- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My debit card, which was valid until June of 2016, was shut down because a new one with a chip was sent out. The problem was the new card was sent to an address for my husband's business that they haven't been at for 7 months. So, I never recieved my new card. I tried to use my debit card at Winco Foods and it came up "invalid account number" I went into this branch and they had to order a new card which would take me a week to receive in the mail. I asked for it to be expidited and, even though it was an issue with Chase, I was told that I would have to pay $5 to get it as quickly as possible. Bad customer service!By Kelli E, January 25, 2017
